  1. You can also move the knights, the pawn(queen gambit),or move the king pawn up.

  3. if the white in d4 is a minister or whatever you call it and its the white's chance and the one at d5 would be killed easily if incase the black is minister tooo he can escape the trap.If its black's turn do it vice versa

    if he takes it, you move your pawn to e4 and your bishop will take the pawn next move

  5. I think queens gambit (c2-c4) is the best move here, as previously stated.  It enables you a strong defense, and is one of the better openings for the game.

  6. Move your pawn from c2 to c4 -- Queen's Gambit.  One of the best openings for white.
