PRO actually stands for "Provisional" rating.

Provisional rating is a stage where your rating is still being established.

You have to play about 20 games to get an established rating.

Your rating additions and deductions are a matter of achievement in rated games.

That means provisional.  Once you finish your 21st game it will start showing your rating.
