  1. think about the place, that's how you start out.

    edit- OK Chi goes where the mind goes. Putting your mind somewhere is to think about it, concentrate on it. That's the simplest way to put it. If you need further explanation you should as your instructor. If you do not have one I strongly suggest you get one, and I would recommend some heavy reading. Preferrably anything from the YMAA publishing company.


  2. ....with a master.... actually, for practice, meditation and simply let it come to you, you will know when you do so, you must completely lose all conciousness of anything then isolate the area and amplify the energy.... it's quite a religious experience.... it's a very difficult concept to explain without showing you in real life, ask your Qigong instructor to help you through it....

  3. Clear all thoughts from your mind except the place you want to focus your Ki or energy.
