In chicago is it illegal to smoke hookah if you are under 18 but someone over 18 buys it?

technically it would be illegal to smoke it if you got caught. just as it is with cigarrettes and alcohol not only can you not purchase it while under the legal age, you cannot posses it either. ive never heard of anyone getting caught or in trouble for smoking hookah. in chicago you cant get into hookah bars unless your 18 and have an id. but there are plenty of other places you can.

yes. it is illegal to smoke ANYWHERE in the united states so long as you're under 18. if it's the day before your 18th birtday and you smoke, you're arrested. legal age is 18, no questions asked. of course, you could go to Britain/England and smoke. Then again, if you're under 18... it's not illegal unless you get caught >=D
