In class vs. online driver's ed??

My parents signed me up for in class driver's ed. I really want to just do the online course. Which one is better? anyone had experience? Any tips for convinving them to let me just take it online?

  1. Do you have social anxiety?  Sometimes being in a classroom can be disturbing.

    Online you may not be able to ask the teacher a question.  Or you have a question and it will be hard to explain.  You know if the teacher says...  out for pedestrian's crossing the street...  you may not know what a crosswalk is.

  4. You can learn all the rules in the book but until you get behind the wheel and practice reacting to all the crazy moves the cell-phone-wielding drivers throw at you, you are not going to really be a good driver.
