He shoots a man in the torso and at point blank range in the head killing him.

On appeal the judge has said that these actions do not justify giving him a whole life sentence!!!!

Are you really surprised that this country is in the grip of serious knife crime and murders when judges say things like this.

  1. While I don't consider myself to be one of the hang-em and flog-em brigade in this case I think the judge is wrong. Life should mean life for this creature.

He cold bloodedly executed his victim.

Judges are notorious for being out of touch. While interpretation of the law, free from political bias is a judge's job, this judge definitely seems to be more out of touch than most.

  2. No I'm not surprised at anything these woolly minded judges say they are completely out of touch with the real world.

It's about time the government got of it's backside and started to deal with this situation instead of skirting around the edges making stupid noises.

  3. I would like to say its about time that these so called "Judges" were bought to justice for their actions in allowing dangerous people into our society! Surely that should be constituted as a crime in itself.

  4. Makes you wonder what he does have to do in order to get a whole of life term.

  5. If this crime doesn't deserve a full life term, can someone tell me what does?!

  6. it cost a lot to jail a person,  perhaps your country is broke

  7. I must have been on drugs.

  8. scary stuff when you consider the power these brain dead judges hold

  9. ..........................

    speechless

  10. its no different now with crime bigger populations show bigger figures try watching crime and investigation channel or similar that gives a better prospective

  11. Thats crazy, think its time that judge was taken of the bench!!

  12. If a whole life sentence isn't justification for the crime committed here, then, exactly, what kind of crime is justified by such sentence?

I love the English.  They are the most straight forward people on Earth.  I love their stubbornness, and stick-to-your-guns-ness.  I consider them to be civilized.  Something has gone wrong over there.  I'm so depressed.  Hang in there, blokes.

  13. This is nothing to do with the judge. He is merely applying the law that was passed by Labour and supported by the Conservatives and Lib Dems. If you want to have a go at someone, it is them you should be directing it at.

EDIT: Why have I got thubs down? I have given the correct information. Whole life orders are governed by the Criminal Justice Act 2003!

  14. Now why am i not surprised when i see the European Court of Human Rights had something to do with this.

What about the 'Human Right' to life of the poor man who was murdered..........
