  1. well technically 1TB is 1,000,000,000,000 Bytes

There are 1024 KB to a MB, so:

    1,000,000,000,000 divided by 1024

    = 976,562,500 KB or 953,674.32 MB

put that into GB and its only 931GB!

When in your comp it will read something like: 931.32 GB

  2. 1024 GB, for the usual formula.

But it seems only 980-1000 gb inside there due to the hard disk penalty.

  3. 1 Byte = 1 Byte

    1 Kilobyte = 1024 Bytes

    1 Megabyte = 1024 Kilobytes

    1 Gigabyte = 1024 Megabytes

    1 Terabyte = 1024 Gigabytes

    1 Petabyte = 1024 Terabytes

    1 Exabyte = 1024 Petabytes

    1 Zettabyte = 1024 Exabytes

    1 Yottabyte = 1024 Zettabytes

    Hope this helps.

    Dan
