  1. I know this isn't in the hour but I thought I may as well try to help anyway. I'm not sure how to do it but this is my guess:

    Instead of writing....'the male teenager went for a jog'

    you can say:

    'the school's most popular jock was watching his feet pass beneath him, landing solidly on the rough cross-country track'

    OR

    instead of writing: 'the sun was hot'

    you can say:

    'An overflowing lava balloon hung in the heavens between a few pieces of white marshmallow'
