please give me website or you opinions on how to end a conversation with a customer. please!

it maybe step by step or anything that would end a conversation with a customer politely. thanksss

  1. Solve their problem first, because that is your job.  There will be nothing left to say other than, "Is there anything else I can help you with today?"


  2. 1. If you will have to contact them back, ensure you have phone/mailing address/etc.

    2. Summarize what you will do for the customer, with their acknowledgement.

    3. Say "Thank you". Include any tag line your employer or product manager would want included in the conversation, for example:

    "Thanks for shopping with K-Mart. K-Mart is your saving place".
