In dash DVD security.?

I am looking to buy and install an in-dash DVD system into my car and was wondering if those systems have and protection on them from being stollen out of my vehicle. i really dont want to install it and come back 10 minutes later to find that someone has stolen it.

Some do. But, it won't stop anyone from taking it. They just won't be able to use it if they do.

Someone WILL steal it if they want it bad enough.  That's just how the world is.  All you can do is make it harder to steal.  Take the faceplate, use different types of screws when installing it (to the point that it would take two different kind of wrenches), get an alarm system for your ride, or tint the windows so you can't see (though some will argue its evidence something valuable is in there)
