  1. Transcription is first. It makes a mobile copy of mRNA which diffuses through the nuclear envelope and goes to cytoplasmic ribosomes or rough endoplasmic reticulum.

Translation is the second step. This is where the mRNA lines up in front of tRNA (which brings the amino acids to the ribosomes) and consequently a protein is formed.

  2. First is transcription.Transcription is a process of translate and copying the DNA code to for mRNA.The process occurs in the nucleus. The mRNA are much smaller than DNA thus it is easy fo it to move out of nucleus trough nucleus pore. Then in cytoplasm, the mRNA will undergo translation process whereby the mRNA will be read by rRNA thus forming a a long chain of polypeptide(consist of various amino acid),

  3. Good answer Bainer.

The only thing I would add, is that you talked about the transcription of an eucariotic gene, since a typical procariotic gene would not have introns to be removed, and the ribosomes could get to the RNA even while it's being transcripted

  4. Transcription is first and Translation is second. A good way to remember this is transLATION come LATER.

    The difference:

In short, transcription makes an RNA copy of a template DNA strand for an area of a desired gene in order to make a protein.

Translation is the actual creation of the protein. After the RNA copy is made (and the non-coding regions (introns) are removed via the splicossome, and the polyadenylene tail is added) it makes its way to the ribosome where the 'hidden message' is read and decoded into the form of a protein.

  5. transcription first then translation will occur..

transcription occur when rna polymerase make a copy of dna and the product will be rna..after that the rna transfer into out of nucleus than it will attached with ribosome then the translation will occur.
