  1. remove the box where the ice is stored ,dump the ice ,return the box to the freezer ,see if it runs now, wait for refill.......tom

  2. dag

  3. It sounds like a clog or a buildup of some kind that's not making it work properly..

  4. Do you access your ice a lot?

One of 2 things come to mind...both have to do with melting.

It sounds like your ice is solidifying...either by not using your ice dispenser a lot and the ice forms a "block" at the base of your dispenser, OR you have your freezer door open a lot, causing some melting, which would then also freeze the ice into a more solid form.

Clear your dispenser and see if it works with "fresh" ice...if it does...then there's your problem.

Try to use it a few times a day so it doesn't settle.

  5. how about reading the manual or asking customer services for help

  6. Hey I am not sure what type...but we have to pour how water down the slot some times.. try it!

  7. call for technician

  8. This you might have done but if you can remove ice holder and check to see if the ice melted and then froze causing it to get stuck.  It happened in my ice dispenser.

  9. First.... Try dumping all the ice into a bowl and see if you can find where ice has melted together forming a hug block that is blocking the rest of the ice from coming out.

Our motor broke and they had to come out and put a new motor in.

  10. make sure that there isnt ice that is stuck in the little flap thingy it happends to my ice machine all the time

  11. Does the s***w the pushes the ice forward turn?

Is there something blocking the hole that the flap covers?

  12. is ice even in it?

  13. Does it sound like it is trying to dispense ice? Try pulling out the tray and dislodging the ice. The ice can get stuck together.
