  1. when a Red Light is shown,it means that you did a jumpstart. This also means that your reaction time is below .0,you should make a good reaction time but not too early. It is bad because it means that you already loose

  2. There have been times when one driver red lights but then the other driver gets out there gets out of shape crosses the center line... which d/qs the line crosser and the person who red lights wins... people think drag racing is so easy but there are so many things that can go wrong and make you loose the race and most of the time its the drivers fault so the driver has to be on there a game with there lights and driving... its a very demanding sport putting it all on the line for sometimes less money than you paid to get to the race... but hey wouldn't give it up for the world...

  3. Red light means your reaction time was 2 fast and you left beofre it turned green, and yes its a bad thing it means you automatically loose the race unless your opponent redlights worse than you do.

  4. A red light is leaving before the light turned green.  Its bad if you are the first one to do it because its a foul.  The first one to foul is disqualified.  The first one to redlight  being disqualified is a stupid rule if you ask me.  In heads up racing its not real bad, but when you get into bracket racing with handicapped starts it should be whoever redlights worse gets disqualified.  If you are a slower car and you redlight by .001 of a second and the guy giving you the head start redlights by .05 seconds you still lose cause you redlighted first.
