In ear - earphone for your handphone or your audio visuals need.  For your handphone try some handphone accessoires shop in Sim Lim Square where those from China made can be bought around $ 8 or $ 10.00 some high end one can cost up to $ 300 - $ 500.  As for the latter I dont think you could purchase at your given prices.....check it out
