In eddy current due to induction electrons feel only electric field so why do they swirl around? ?

magnetic field changes into electric field due to relativity, so after the eddy current has been induced, electrons should flow according to the electric field shouldn't they?

  1. When a charged particle moves in magnetic field its motion is  circular.

    But in eddy currents the motion is not completely circular. There is combined effect of electric and magnetic field
