    dis advantages1)house looking  is changing & rain drops  


  2. Paint covers imperfections better.  Get a high quality paint so you don't have to do it again.  Paint has improved  a lot lately.  Expect to pay $35-50 per gallon.  Best deal I found is @ Lowes. $30-35 HD has nothing to compare
