In fasting ,are you sure whether you should clean yourself after pissing or evacuating ?

You question sounds like that people who do fasting ,do not do that now! Is it so?

Is there any specific reference to this in the scriptures concerned , permitting or prohibiting it and if so please quote them for the information of all the visitors of this site .

But I have seen a reference in quron which tells you to have s*x with your wives every night after the fast during the entire Ramadan period as your wife, according to Allah, is just a tilth ( a piece of land for cultivation of crop) You can till it every night and not during the day while fasting .

The Prophet said, "If somebody eats or drinks forgetfully then he should complete his fast, for what he has eaten or drunk, has been given to him by Allah." Narrated 'Amir bin Rabi'a, "I saw the Prophet cleaning his teeth with Siwak while he was fasting so many times as I can't count." And narrated Abu Huraira, "The Prophet said, 'But for my fear that it would be hard for my followers, I would have ordered them to clean their teeth with Siwak on every performance of ablution.' " The same is narrated by Jabir and Zaid bin Khalid from the Prophet who did not differentiate between a fasting and a nonfasting person in this respect (using Siwak).

Yes u can brush with an empty tooth brush, i.e dont use any paste, only dry brush.
