  1. The answer would be too long for this, but I have attached a URL that may help!

  2. u need to import it ( ctr + R ) then it will be added to your library, just pull it from the library to the scene if u want to keep looping while the movie plays, else u can add it to a button or to an object and make it triggered, the quality of the sound will be the same, .gif are images that use 256 colors only so they are not good for photos and less for audio, i recommend u exporting in swf, that's why flash is made for, ur wasting a big program if ur using flash for doing .gif

  3. You have asked many questions and I am gonna answer a few of them.

You can add audio to flash file just as you add a graphic. Choose the frame on the timeline to which you want to add the audio. Go to file menu and click "import to stage"  and it will be added to your document.

While publishing you do not compress it and it will remain as it was originally.

Looping is quite simple. Slect the loop option in properties panel. OR

Suppose you added an audio to frame 1 and it goes up to fram 50. select the fram 51. Opent liberary and drag audio file to the stage. You can do the same with frame 101.

Export your flash file with no compression., The quality will be high.
