In florida, once you pass your 90 day probationary period, and you have never had a write up, can you be fired

if you recently say in like a day was written up but on the write up is stated you must correct your behavior or it could lead up to termination and then the very next day are terminated for the same write up you just received not more than 24 hours before but you did not violate any other behaviors or done anything, is this legal?

very legal .any employer has the right to terminate your employement with notice, or without. there is nothing you can do.  i  speak from experience in florida....  hope this helps  good luck................
