  1. Hi,

I am a convenience store owner selling lotto scratcher tickets all the time...

...If you ask them to replace the scratchers roll, MOST of them won't unless the scratcher roll needs to be replaced....

Scratcher tickets usually have around 100 tickets or more...and when they are running out, that's when lottery retailers will replace a new roll...

But in terms of replacing in the middle of the roll, lottery retailers will NOT do that because they won't have a place to stack the scratch ticket rolls...

If it's at the end of the roll, some lottery retailers will give you a new roll...but ONLY if it's at the end of the roll, they will be willing to replace it with a new roll...

    Hope that helps...

    BJ

  2. No, That is a myth. you are not in Vegas and asking for a new dealer. Those tickets belong to the vendor until you purchase them. It is thier property to do as they please.

  3. Retailers don't have to do *anything* you ask them to.
