For example, how would you rate your team performance? Or will this rating just be quantitative (vs. qualitative nature of focus group) How should I frame my question?

  1. All teams have to have leaders, and great teams have outstanding leaders. The team has to be focused on what the leader wants to accomplish or in other words, the leaders of great teams are individuals who inspire everyone within it.

Like the old adage , “too many cooks spoil the broth”, teams will not unite around mediocrity, leading to impending failure in the long run.

A good rating is when you have solid unity behind a leader, a poor rating is everything else.
