  1. in college

  2. Both feet (or toes if you are really reaching) have to be inbounds and you must have control of the ball before stepping out of bounds!

  3. THE NEW RULE STATES THERE IS NO "PUSH OUT"  RE3CIEVER MUST HAVE BOTH FEET IN OR ITS NOT A COMPLETION

  4. yea 2 feet in the nfl, 1 in college

  5. Both feet inbounds buddy unless you were force out but I think they changed that rule

  6. Does not count.

  7. nope.  nfl is both feet inbounds, cfl maybe its one foot inbounds. maybe its the endzone where one foot has to be inbounds.

If any part of your body goes out of bounds before having legal possession of the ball,  you are ineligable to be the first person to touch the ball.

The big difference this season in the rule changes (nfl) is, if a receiver tries to catch the ball, and a defensive player makes a legal hit, and the receiver is eligable to catch the ball, the defense is allowed to push but not tackle the receiver out of bounds prior to the receiver comming down in bounds and the play is considered incompleete.

This new rule will take the sidelines out of play for spectacular catches for a while and slow up the game for awhile, until the teams  learn not to challenge when the catch is ruled incompleete.

I dont like the new rule.  It takes away from the game not to mention creating an unsafe work-enviroment without compensating the offence

If it took some special skill or ability to push an in flight person to the ground, I would be agreeable to the change, but all it takes is a regular ability to slow up the game.  Wheres the 15 yard penalty for roughing?  lol :)
