It is quarterback rating. The exact formula I don't know but I believe it factors accuracy, completions, and something else. The top two in this stat are Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger.

it stands for qb rating. quarterbacks have a rating based on their game stats. passes attempted,passes completed,td's, interceptions etc.....
