Formally, you would pronounce them separately. But many French speakers, when speaking fast, will make it sound like a ''quej''.

So in those lyrics, ''que je te parle'' COULD sound like ''que j'te parle''. Some people might see it as low-class or uneducated though.

I've always heard it pronounced que je (kuh-jsuh) but if someone is speaking really fast it may sound like quej (kuhj) in the same way that the French say "Chais pas" which is an abbreviation for "Je Ne Sais Pas" but sounds a lot like "J'ai pas".
