In game with zdrav4omi61 (tbl 23/Owl Tree/7-15-08,3:40pm); I made a winning move, z booted me.Not legal is it?

The prompts and chess ethics say that you can't boot an opponent during a game without resigning yourself. adrav4omi61 (900 points above me) did that to me when I was winning. What's up with that? Can I be awarded the points I rightfully have won and he be penalized? If not, why not? Please address this complaint and issue.
