In g*y marriages, how is the last name chosen?

Or do they both just keep their own last names? O_O

  1. I always figured the couple would just hyphen the last names. So if Richard Soto married Ben Richards their names might be either Richard and Ben Soto-Richards or vice versa.


  2. Probably they just keep their own or join them together.

  3. It's up to you and your partner. If you want his name or vise versa then that solves it. Or you can both keep your last names. It's the same way in a straight marriage but it is traditional for the woman to take the mans name. But it doesn't always happen that way.
