In general, how much would it cost to build a motel?

this motel would be located in the state of Michigan and would have about 50-70 units, just simple motel rooms, so what would it cost, in general, for each unit and should I consider any other additional costs.

I believe the general rule of thumb is about $50,000 per room and up.  That can be WAY up, depending on the amenities, whether you have a restaurant in the motel, and so forth.  And of course that does not include the cost of land acquisition or site preparation.  The Web site below estimates $45,000, but I think it is actually a bit higher in most cases.
