  1. yes people tip less at a buffet for many reasons....the service isn't as good as in a restaurant, the meal cost less, and the food is usually not very good. the golden corral near our home has terrible food and service but we always tip 15 percent there.

  2. I enjoy going to Golden Corral, yes people often don't tip at all or very little because they serve themselves other than drinks.=)

  3. It depends on the location how good the food and service is. The one on 71st St. in Tulsa, OK is excellent. The one in Bartlesville, OK is just ok; as far as tipping goes, my husband and I always tip the same at a buffet as anywhere else, but I know a lot of people who tip less.

  4. I tip 15% at buffets and 18% at regular sit downs and 20% for pizza delivery

  5. I think the food there is very low quality.  It always tastes like it has been sitting on the serving section WAY too long.  I don't ordinarily tip at those places.  It isn't a major service situation, you know.  maybe 10%.  Can't remember even getting served there, but it's been  a while.

  6. I tip the same as I do at regular full service restaurants

  7. I only go in right when they open.

It's good food but after 716 people start digging in it ,it gets unappealing. I always tip the lady who keeps me in fresh plates, I give her 5 dollars.

Overall , I like going there.

  8. when its a buffet as long as they keep removing your plates and your drink filled 10% or higher would be approiate

  9. Well..you can't go wrong if you like all you can eat dessert. But the rest of the food is...well, ... covered with peoples arm hair and head hair and stuff. eeeyyuck.
