We have more coastline than all of the Lower 48 put together so we have plenty of sea level locations. We also have the highest mountain in the entire Northern Hemisphere. Therefore, we win on both issues!

well since Alaska has one of the highest mountains in the world (Mt. McKinley) i'm gonna have to say Alaska.  i'm guessing a lot of Florida is below sea level even.  or just at sea level.  kinda makes sense, no?
