  1. Yes, I believe you do. That's why the Russians attacked Georgia -- they were totally against the seatbelt laws being enforced.

  2. Over 18 or under, or 18 exactly to the minute... Sports car, sedan, pickup, SUV or a minivan.... Georgia, Oklahoma, Illinois, Oregon or Rhode Island... Front seat, back seat, side or middle... You have to wear a seat belt.... Why would you risk your own life and health by not wearing one? Have you ever seen a dismembered human body? One ejected from car during crash then ran over by the same or another car? Think this can't happen to you? So did all of them, who are no longer with us, or who are confined to bed and straw operated wheelchairs for the rest of their existence. Not today? Not on this 5 minute drive from home to grocery store through quiet streets? Did you take a peek into your destiny plan from the heaven to know for sure?

Nobody plans for accidents or crashes or rollovers... And when they happen, it's too late. Life has no "start over" button. You can't repeat the level, or load a previously saved position... And you're only given one life. No extra life bonuses as you go along! You've got one shot, so be prepared always.

So no matter your age, what kind of car, what seat in a car and what state - you should wear a seat belt. Different states have different laws as to whether you will or will not be ticketed for not wearing one in one situation or another... But remember - you are wearing it for yourself, not for a cop! So do yourself a huge favor and always wear it. And then it will be out of question as far as authorities are concerned. Nobody has ever been fined for wearing seat belt where they were not required to by state law!

  3. Well, that depends.

Would you like to increase your chances of walking away from a crash alive and with minimal injuries?

If yes, then yes, you should wear your seat belt properly in all positions of the car.

If you don't mind dying or getting seriously hurt, by all means, go ahead and refuse to put in on.

  4. Maybe not in the backseat but as far as I know all States say you have to wear a seatbelt in the Front Seat, Driver AND Passenger. The only difference is between Primary and Secondary offense depending on the State. If it is a Secondary offense they have to stop you for some other reason and then write you up for the seat belt violation as well.

  5. Why wouldn't you want to?

  6. .   yes and yes.

  7. i believe its a federal law not a georgia law
