A player sets his clubs down in any given area and another players hits the bag.

  1. It would be just like hitting a tree, you would play the ball where it lands after hitting the bag.

  3. I thought this was a well know rule. If one players ball that is in play strikes another players bag, the two players must then fight to the death with their 9 irons. Player that lives has the honor. Now this is not to be confused with ones ball actually hitting another player. This one is similar, but the two must fight to NEAR death with their putters.

  4. Rule 19-2 covers the situation where a ball strikes another player's bag. If the infraction occurs in either match play or stroke play , the player's ball which struck the opponents equipment incurs a penalty of 1 strike and the ball must be played as it lies.
