Go to the place where you ship cars across your garage where there is a half piple is the cycle will be there and when you get on it it will start a cycle challenge jsut get off it and wait the time to get it.

The others are telling you to check the empty dry-dock but that's the 500, not the 900. The 900 is very hard to find and I don't know of any regular place it spawns. However, the bike you ride in the mission called "T-Bone Mendez", you will be riding one so take care of it and keep it in a garage to export it. Once it's been exported, you can buy it on a certain weekday, therefore you will always have access to one.
