In gta 4 , is kiki on the internet web dateing? ?

1 ) can you do anything with kate? you know?- like getting lucky?

2 ) when do you meet kiki? ( how many more missions )

~i just finished the mission where i have to get that one guy from prision from the tunnel. ~

1) All you can do is date Kate but she doesn't give you any special abilities, and you cannot get lucky with her no matter what you do or what you wear, even if at 100% like.

2) You can contact Kiki anytime after you've unlocked the internet (which was early in the game, you are way past that if already did the prison break guy).  In the game internet, you have to go to the love match section and look through the personals to find Kiki.
