    Your best bet would be the date you get added on the firms payroll.

    But i suggest you talk to an immigration attorney/firm who is handling your case. They make life much easier and plus, wouldnt you want to be sure  that All your paperwork is perfect and no RFE's .

    So get a firm to help you, it'll make your life easier.
