In horrible pain what is causing it?

okay for about 3days i've had a fever and some pain in my back like where i think my kidneys are. now it's really bad i think i'm either going to cry or puke the pain is so bad. i'm also exhausted. and sometimes the pain get's soo bad i get dizzy.

the only reason i haven't gone to the doctor yet is my mom doesn't wanna take me cuz i've put her in dept already this year cuz i got mono then scarlet fever and then broke my shoulder blade.

I actually had this happen to me about 1 year ago, and i thought i had a kidney stone or somthing come to find out i had pneumonia, and it was so wierd because i did not have a cold, mucus build up i just had a headache, bad back pains and stomach pains, and i was also either going to cry or puke. but right after they gave me meds i felt a horrible cough sore throat and very sick. good luck

it sounds like a urinary tract infection.  get it checked out.
