  2. As in, "this is the 59th renewal of the Upsandowns Handicap"?  It means a race that has been run before on a regular basis.

  3. a yearly event.....the 132ND Kentucky derby.....

  4. same race,same conditions,same racecourse -example,the st.leger is allways at Doncaster.
