Not with Cameron, no.  They had a few dates - he took her to a carnival or something, and they had one formal dinner where he told her that the only reason she liked him was that he was 'damaged'.  And they had one really hot kiss when she was trying to get a blood sample to see if he really had brain cancer.

But House and Cuddy slept together before the series started, when they were both in college.

The only one that we know for sure that House has had s*x with is the prostitute he hired in the episode called Distractions.  Great show!
