sign more 5star recruits out of high school than the the NCAA.Suppose Brandon Jennings (i know he had academic trouble) has a successful year in Europe making a couple million + $$$ (and becomes a lottery pick next year), will this make top high school talent seek going over to Europe to make some dough (especially those that need to make some money to support their families) instead having to go to class everyday and not get paid to make schools big money playing ball? Will the NBA be inclined to than start letting high schoolers declare for the draft again?Could this result in a bidding war between European teams and the NBA for rookies due to the NBA's rookie salary structure and Europe's tax free policy?thoughts??? (please note i am talking about top high school prospects...the rivals 5 star one's)
