  1. no unless the kid is in college, and the parent that their with gets the money (whether they give it to them or not) and you also might not get it if the other parent giving the child support takes it to court


  2. only if hes a full time student :-)

  3. no that is supposed to go to the parent to support your *** while you are living with them. And child support usually stops when your 18 unless, but only sometimes, you are in college or the parent owes back support.
