In internet explorer, how do you delete a history link in the adress bar?........?

like if you wanted to delete that you typed in google.com in the address bar, so when you type in "go" it doesnt bring up google, how do you make it so it doesnt show up? in the ADDRESS bar, not the history... i know how to delete the history, if you know the answer to my question please say so! thanks!

  1. Go to tools. Then click internet options and then click content and then go to settings and then unclick forms to disable the thing. If you only want to delete it, then you go to tools and then click internet options and then click delete history and choose the one you wanna delete.


  2. on the toolbar go to tools then toolbars open history click on what you want to delete then push delete on your keyboard

  3. Go to Tools > then to the Internet Options.  It should open to the General tab.

    In browsing history, click on delete.  There is a settings button next to it to choose what part, or all, of what history you want to delete.

  4. go on tools ---> internet options-----> and click the "delete cookies" button.

    Confirm by saying yes!

  5. ahh trying to hide the site u went to? I actually don't think it's possible to delete it, but maybe if u go to a lot other wbsites it won't come up, the address bar will probably run out of space.
