it is possible to train on the job.

my mate got 2 weeks work experience in an estate agents 5 years ago and she loved it so much she is still there now and she never went to collage at all.

They're changing it soon so that you have to have attended college.

A degree in business studies would be ideal, as there are many financial issues connected with the work. However it has been known for people to work up from the bottom.
