In islam, Dogs are Nijis?

or unclean, but is there a specific part of them, like their we nose, or mouth that is nijis? or is it the whole doge itself?

I believe it is the saliva and fluids because of dogs back then always contracting rabies. It is now proven that dogs have cleaner mouths than humans!
