The legal drinking age here is 18. If you are coming to spring break though, the time will be so busy that they will not have time to check for id. Let it be known though, that you cannot drive drunk. If you are caught you will be jailed and Jamaican jails are notorious.

There are no rules in Jamaica. I was there in June and can't wait to go back.  They don't have things like DWI and being intoxicated in public is the norm.
