  1. For the Toronto Blue Jays it's definitely Roberto Alomar. He was a key player in the championship years in Toronto. He was a MVP and Gold Glove caliber player.

    Some honorable mentions:

Joe Carter (Walk off HR in 1993 WS)

Roy Halladay (2003 Cy Young winner)

Dave Steib (Pitched first and only no-hitter)

  2. Easily Harmon Killebrew...and than Kirby Puckett followed behind (If we didn't have him we would of probably lost the 1991 World Series in game 6, No Kirby to steal that extra base hit and no Kirby to hit that Walk off homerun)

  3. George Brett is the Royals franchise player and there is no debate about that.  One of the best 3rd baseman to ever play the game and easily the most recognizable player in a Royals uniform.

  4. probably Derek Jeter. he's been around all these years and i'm not just saying that. he's been to the World Series about 5 times and should have been 6 because of the Red Sox. He's been the All Star Game MVP in 2000 and the R.O.Y. in 1995.

  5. The Braves franchise player is Hank Aaron because he hit almost 4000 hits while hitting 755 HRs and had that record until a couple of years ago. My all time favorite was Dale Murphy but he didn't have as much impact as Aaron did.

Pitcher would be Greg Maddux even more than Warren Spahn.

  6. Giants: WIllie Mays, Nuff Said

The Most Complete player in Baseball history, he could do it all

  7. I'm a huge me ts fan and i say the me ts franchise player is Hall of Famer Tom Terrific Tom Seaver

  8. Ernie Banks for the Cubs. A first ballot Hall of Famer and a great ambassador for the Cubs and the game of baseball. His always sunny disposition has made him a living legend in Chicago.

  9. It's been done, the Hometown Heroes promotion ran 2 years ago where fans of each franchise could select their best player of all-time.

As an A's fan, I thought Reggie Jackson was a fine choice, although I would have gone with Eck.

  10. Craig Biggio on the Astros definitely...

  11. I'm a Giants fan and I say Willie Mays. He was basically the only guy who the Giants could count on producing great numbers night in and night out. Here are a few simple numbers of Mays:

    21x All Star Games: 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973

    12x Gold Glover: 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968

    2x MVP: 1954, 1965

He is also a HOFer. Although Barry Bonds was the only Giant who overtook most of that, he took steroids, which is cheating, so of course, we go with the "Say Hey Kid"

Oh and don't forget, the "Catch" in 1954 WS
