In kingdom hearts how does sora aquire the keyblade?

Sora is the chosen wielder of The Keyblade. It chose him for reasons that are uncertain. The new Kingdom Hearts Games coming out:

KH: Birth By Sleep (PSP)

KH: 358/2 Days (DS)

KH: The Keyblade Wars (PS3)

KH: Coded (mobile)

should give deeper insight to why Sora was chosen as the Keyblade did exist long before Sora was chosen to wield it.

The Keyblade knew Sora wouldn't give in to the darkness.

Riku was suppose to be the keyblade weilder but after he wanted to travel to others words and went into the darkness, Sora then acquired the keyblade, since he did not go with Riku when Destiny Island was being swallowed by the darkness.

Riku was the true wielder of the Kingdom Key of the Realm of Light, but when he chose darkness over light, the darkness weakened his heart, causing the Keyblade to pass on to Sora. It was first Riku who was the real keyblade wielder rather than Sora as said by Riku himself in Hollow Bastion when Riku claimed that Sora was just a delivery boy of the Keyblade to Riku.

But when Riku succumbed to the darkness that is so tempting, the keyblade chose Sora as its wielder instead with a stronger heart to the light. Riku was so tend to leave Destiny Island that when darkness offered to take him out, he agreed without a doubt. Therefore, Sora became the next chosen one.
