In love with a 71 year old man?

i am 14 and i am in love with a 71 year old man. what should i do?

I am 68 and have grand children who are married I hope they love me but I wouldn't go out of my way to find out. If this man is your relative its all right but if not girl you better be careful because I know some 71 year old who are dirty old men if you get my drift. I would hate lake the devil to have a 14 year old tell me she was pregnant by a 71 year old. BE CAREFUL.

But in addition to being weird, it's illegal. You're 14?

Learn to drive! Have an awesome sweet 16. Finish high school. Make good grades, go to prom. Do a crazy dance on stage at your graduation. Get into a good college, then when you make 18 IFyou still love your 71 year old, (and he is still alive), it will legal. Weird, but legal. SO, go for it then...

You are young and not capable of understanding everything that a real relationship is about yet. Whatever this man has said to make you think you are in love with him is a lie to get you to do whatever it is that he wants! He is a pedafile and should be prosecuted for this! You are very young and have the rest of your life ahead of you to fall in love and make big decisions like this, do not make a mistake that you will never be able to get past. I urge you please speak to an adult, teacher, counsler, sister, preacher, someone about this situation as soon as possible. Forget about this man and move on!!!

Firstly, it is highly unlikely you can have a sexual relationship.  By the time you are ready, he will be even older and quite probably cannot possibly satisfy you in this way.  No worries.

You can have a meeting of minds and express your love this way instead - you offering your freshness and sweetness and he offering his lifetimes experience and wisdom.

Please be aware that if this is a crush and you go off him after expressing your love for him, you could break his old heart, and that might even be the end of him.  Instead, nurture a close friendship for the old man which you carry with you into adult life until he dies, and prepare him well for when you are ready and eager to find another boyfriend closer to your own age.
