In madden 08(ps2) how do i increase salary cap?

when i complete the off season, i never have enough money.

generate more salary cap room by extending your players before their contract expires.  Generally, with 2-yrs remaining.  This will allow you to offset the more expensive years of their contract.

You can't pay everybody.
