In magic the gathering, if i sacrifice a creature can it count towards 2 sacrifice effects?

for example, i have a carrion feeder and a gutless ghoul. if i sacrifice 1 creature, will i get both effects?

  1.  What about if I had a creature like Fume Spitter, who already has a sacrifice effect, and wanted to combine it with a card like Viscera Seer. If I sacrificed Fume Spitter, would I get both its effect and the effect of Viscera Seer?
