In making Sour Dough Bread, can the Vegetable oil be replaced by Canola oil?

I ran out of Veggie oil and only have Olive and Canola. Will the Canola work as a substitute for the Vegetable oil?

  1. Canola oil is fine for baking.  Olive oil is less so.
