In many of my dreams, I'm partially sighted...

Question

So, I'm having a dream, often a lucid one if this is happening, and I never seem to be in control of what I'm doing.

It's like, say, if I was in a situation where I would usually verbally protest, I can't use my mouth. If I was in a situation where vision is important - and vision has been an on again off again problem of mine for about 6 years now - my vision is blurred to the point of a censored rap video.

Yeah I have had that a few times.  Maybe you feel like your not being noticed by someone or you are not being seen for the real person you are?  When not being able to use your mouth in a dream, it usually means your not getting to say what you want or something is stopping you from speaking your mind.
